Terms of Service
This policy outlines TakCooling LTD’s pricing structure, payment terms, service commitments, and customer responsibilities. Our goal is to ensure transparency, fairness, and clear communication throughout every project, from quotation and installation to completion and after-sales support.
Quotations
All quotations provided by TakCooling LTD are prepared based on the information available at the time of assessment. Once accepted by the client, the quotation is valid and the price is fixed for the agreed scope of work. No changes to the agreed price will be made unless there is a variation in the scope of works requested by the client or mutually agreed by both parties. Any additional work, materials, or services required outside the original quotation will be clearly priced and approved in writing before proceeding.
Payment Terms
A 70% deposit is required prior to the commencement of any work or the ordering of materials. This payment confirms acceptance of the quotation and enables TakCooling LTD to allocate resources and procure necessary equipment. The remaining 30% balance is payable upon completion of the works, following final inspection and approval by the client, confirming that the services have been delivered in accordance with the agreed scope. Any alternative payment arrangements must be agreed in writing prior to the start of the project.
Ownership of Goods and Materials
All equipment, components, and materials supplied by TakCooling LTD remain the property of the company until full payment has been received. This applies to all goods supplied and/or installed as part of the project. In the event of non-payment, TakCooling LTD reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to recover or withhold any supplied materials or equipment until settlement is completed.
Electrical Services
TakCooling LTD provides electrical services related to refrigeration and air conditioning installations, including wiring, controls, and associated electrical works carried out by suitably qualified personnel. Any electrical work outside the agreed scope must be formally approved by the client before execution and will be subject to additional quotation.
Pricing Commitment
Once a quotation has been accepted and the deposit has been received, TakCooling LTD guarantees the agreed price for the defined scope of work. This ensures transparency and financial certainty for the client throughout the project. However, any modification, addition, or unforeseen requirement outside the original scope may result in a price adjustment. Any such changes will be clearly communicated and must be approved in writing before additional work is undertaken.
